Your intepid writerthing was at Motor City Steam Con the weekend of July 22-24, 2016, both as a gawking fangirl and also as a guest writer and panelist. Here's my favorite memories of a wonderful weekend.
2016 is the year of the Motor City Nexus; a convivial hub where you can dock your airship for repairs and R&R on your journey, where you can have a spot of tea and attend a fascinating lecture or workshop, and where you can let your hair down and enjoy the entertainment provided. Have your passports ready and be prepared for an amazing journey!
I wanted to share the notes that I used at AnomalyCon 2016 in Denver, Colorado during my featured hour. Remember, this isn't meant to be a formal article. It's a collection of information. I'm going to write more focused AnomalyCon blog entries as soon as my squirrel brain calms down, but in the meantime, here's a handful of memories. I'm still catching up on all the sleeps and figuring out how to get back into the routine of life in Michigan.
